Ele sunt profund influen\u021bate de ceea ce am tr\u0103it \u00een copil\u0103rie: modul \u00een care p\u0103rin\u021bii ne-au tratat, felul \u00een care ne-au ar\u0103tat iubire (sau au e\u0219uat s\u0103 o fac\u0103), experien\u021bele de siguran\u021b\u0103 sau de nesiguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i felul \u00een care am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 gestion\u0103m emo\u021biile. \u00cen psihologie, acest fenomen este cunoscut ca <strong>transfer al tiparelor de ata\u0219ament<\/strong> \u0219i reprezint\u0103 unul dintre cele mai puternice fire invizibile care modeleaz\u0103 via\u021ba noastr\u0103 rela\u021bional\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tiparele de ata\u0219ament \u0219i formarea lor<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform teoriei ata\u0219amentului dezvoltat\u0103 de John Bowlby \u0219i Mary Ainsworth, fiecare copil \u00ee\u0219i dezvolt\u0103 un stil de ata\u0219ament \u00een func\u021bie de r\u0103spunsurile emo\u021bionale \u0219i disponibilitatea p\u0103rin\u021bilor sau a \u00eengrijitorilor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ata\u0219ament sigur<\/strong> \u2013 apare c\u00e2nd copilul prime\u0219te afec\u021biune constant\u0103 \u0219i suport emo\u021bional. Ca adult, persoana are \u00eencredere \u00een rela\u021bii \u0219i \u0219tie s\u0103 ofere \u0219i s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 iubire s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ata\u0219ament anxios<\/strong> \u2013 se formeaz\u0103 c\u00e2nd p\u0103rintele este imprevizibil, uneori cald, alteori distant. Adultul devine tem\u0103tor de abandon \u0219i caut\u0103 permanent reasigur\u0103ri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ata\u0219ament evitant<\/strong> \u2013 se dezvolt\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd p\u0103rintele este rece sau respinge emo\u021biile copilului. Ca adult, persoana evit\u0103 intimitatea \u0219i are dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een exprimarea vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bii.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ata\u0219ament dezorganizat<\/strong> \u2013 apare adesea \u00een contexte abuzive sau traumatice.
